Plaintiff

• Successfully prosecuted Unfair Business Practices suit on behalf of physician association against national hospital chain to enjoin $38 million merger and acquisition, resulting in dismantling of merger. (San Francisco Superior Court, 2000)
• Obtained $1.2 million settlement on behalf of employee for breach of oral contract to issue stock in connection with mining venture after obtaining injunction of merger and acquisition.

• Obtained arbitration award in favor of defense in $10 million claim filed by executive under incentive compensation agreement.
