David J. Millstein
David Millstein is a trial lawyer with 29 years experience successfully handling difficult cases for individuals and businesses.
A graduate of U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall, he is a recognized trial attorney and litigator. He has represented national and state wide associations and won significant cases in areas of medical contracting and family and business litigation.
He has taught trial advocacy at U.C. Berkeley and Hastings College of Law as well as programs for Stanford University and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Millstein has published in a variety of areas relating to Civil Practice. He has served as the Chief Assistant District Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco and as Pro Tem Judge of the City and County of San Francisco.
