We represent businesses and others in the handling of employment and labor matters, from advising as to wage & hour and regulatory matters, to the defense of claims for sexual harassment, breach of contract, and discrimination claims based on age, race, gender, disability, sexual orientation and other protected classes.  From seeking mediated solutions to such controversies, to trying cases when necessary, we remain dedicated to handling claims with the client’s immediate and long range interests in mind.

• Represented major regional Southern California newspaper in union organizing campaign and related litigation. (2007)
• Successfully defended suit alleging employee raiding on behalf of start up company. (Santa Clara County, 2003)
• Verdict of $1.3 million for fraud and racketeering, obtained on behalf of employer against employee who set up sham intermediary which defrauded customers. (U.S. District Court, Central District of California, 2002)
