Gensler v. Vargas: US Federal District Court, Central District.

David Millstein obtained a $1.3 million jury verdict for fraud and racketeering against employee in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.  The employee set up a “side business” selling furniture to clients of an architectural firm, hiding his involvement.  Millstein filed under the RICO statute for fraud.
